Dover Dog Howloween is an annual festival and celebration for dogs and their people, which raises funds for Pope Memorial Humane Society.
Every year in October, participants from around New England dress in their best costumes and compete for cash prizes and trophies.
Vendors, activities, demonstrations, food trucks, a beer garden, raffles, sca-vendor hunt, and much more, make this a unique and memorable event.
This community outreach program is co-produced by Greg West Photography and Golden Dog Adventure Co.

Greg West Photography has a few passions, one being photographing buildings inside and out for architects, interior designers, builders and anyone else involved in the “built” environment. Another passion is dogs. Dogs of all shapes and sizes. Greg West Photography’s community work combined with our love of dogs resulted in the event called “Dover Dog Howloween” which was born in 2019. Additionally, we raise funds for local animal shelters with our signature dog photography event “Catchapalooza.”
Golden Dog Adventure Co.
Golden Dog Adventure Co., formerly the NH Dog Walking Club, brings dogs and their people together for exercise, education, and socialization in a positive, welcoming, and fun environment. Their vision is to build a community of dog owners who are dedicated to the health and wellness of their pets using positive reinforcement techniques and sustainable pet care practices. Monthly, Golden Dog hosts Official Club Events hosted by industry experts who educate on several topics. In addition, they host Pop-Up Adventures, live events, unique outings, holiday activities, dog training events, and more. Annually, the Golden Dog supports a NH-based, pet industry nonprofits by raising awareness and funds for their organizations. They host fun events that raise money for their charitable partner’s program, including a Valentine’s Day walk, St. Patrick’s Day walk, Annual Doggy Easter Egg Hunt, and more.
