Saturday, October 9th. 11am-4pm. $5.00 per dog, $10 after 10/1.
Rotary Arts Pavillion at Henry Law Park, Dover, NH
The first 50 registrants will receive a Wag Bag for your doggo

Parade/Trick or Treating at Area Businesses begins at 1pm

Rules:
- #1 have fun!
- Family-friendly costumes only please.
- Owners and dogs of all ages are eligible to enter and win prizes.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who has registered for the event.
- All dogs must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for the actions of their dogs. Dogs must be under control at all times.
- 6 ft. or shorter leash. Please lock your retractable leash to 6ft.
- Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and be in good health. Owners of dogs that are coughing or showing other signs of not feeling well will be asked to leave.
- Dogs must be at least 4 months old, as younger dogs have weaker immune systems.
- No aggressive dogs. Dogs should be sociable with other dogs, adults, and children and should not be aggressive about food, toys, or owner – if participants display negative behavior, they will be asked to leave the event.
- Dogs must be comfortable in a loud and festive environment. Please be aware of the stress level of your dog at all times.
- Intact & in heat dogs are not permitted for safety reasons. Intact dog will be asked to leave the event.
- Courtesy is appreciated! Be prepared to clean up after your dog.
- I understand my photo/dog's photo may be used on Dover Dog Howloween’s social media sites and website as well as future promotional materials.

Entrants will be judged on costume design, creativity, and originality along with behavior and charisma. Winners must be present to win.
